Where your purchase was made
Pixberry’s studio website does not sell games, collect card information, or process in-app purchases. If you made a purchase inside a game, check the receipt to identify the store or payment provider that billed you. Refund eligibility depends on the purchase, platform policy, location, and applicable consumer protections.
Apple App Store purchases
For a purchase billed by Apple, use Apple’s Report a Problem service and sign in with the Apple Account associated with the receipt. Choose the refund option, select the relevant item, and follow the instructions. Apple reviews the request under its own rules. Google Play purchases
For a purchase billed by Google Play, follow Google’s refund process using the account that made the purchase. Policies vary by item, timing, payment method, and location. Google’s official refund page explains the available options. If the store directs you to the developer, contact us with the game name and order reference.
A purchase did not appear
First confirm that you are signed into the same store account used for the purchase. If the game provides Restore purchases, try that for eligible purchases such as an ad-removal entitlement. Consumable items may be handled differently. If the issue continues, contact the studio with your device, game version, and receipt or order reference.
Subscriptions and unauthorized charges
If your receipt is for a subscription, manage cancellation through the provider that bills it. A refund request and subscription cancellation are separate actions. For a charge you do not recognize, use the payment provider’s unauthorized-charge support and secure your account.

Email engineering@resolutexhq.com with the game name, platform, purchase date, order reference, and a short description of the issue. Do not include passwords or full card numbers. We can help investigate game issues and identify the next step, but cannot guarantee a store’s decision or refund timing. This page does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
